Money bag – new owner wanted

This is a homeless piece of ephemera.  

Anyone wanting to give it a good home, please contact us via the Comments box at the end of this post. Preference will be given to a paid up ESA member.

The bag has been dated taking into account the year the bank changed its name from the State Savings Bank of Victoria (1980) to the date it merged with the Commonwealth Bank (1991).  Maybe someone can give a more accurate date for this bag?
